Hoosier Daddy?

Small businesses are different from large companies in some distinct ways. One way is that large companies do enormous volume and have business models which accord their high volume sales. Small businesses typically sell what inventory they have and replenish their stock. Large companies tend to offer waranties and insurance on their products. Small businesses must scrutinize, test, and inspect their products to insure that they are free of defects.
Some wireless users prefer the simplicity of dealing with a large corporation. Simplicity does not equal ease. Nor does it make things cheaper. Nor does it make things faster.
Have you ever tried to return a cell phone to AT&T? File an insurance claim with T-Mobile? Get tech support from Wal-Mart? Don't get me started. Do you want to pay the mark up for all the national advertising and legal department, etc?
If you get accustomed to using a small local wireless dealer things CAN be easier but it matters who you get hooked up with.
Does your dealer have a grasp of the products and services he is selling? Does he shop the wholesale market for the best possible deals and rates? Is he able to troubleshoot your device, discern what it needs, and do the repairs in-house? Does he know the difference between all the plans and products and which ones best suit your needs?
These are some important questions to ask when choosing a wireless partner because its kind of like choosing an auto mechanic. Once you find an honest one who does exceptional work you tend to stay with that mechanic.
Mike at iCellPhones is known as "Cell Phone Daddy" for a reason. He's been in the business for 8 years and counting. His expertise spans all major manufacturers and all major carriers and MVNO's. Mike can spot a phone from the parking lot and tell you the make, model, and year; what kind of charger it uses; how many mega-pixels the cammera is; how much storage it has, what its strengths and weaknesses are, etc.
Its spooky. He's got half of Pickens County calling him Daddy.
Check us out at www.icellphones.com or stop by the store at 6818 Calhoun Memorial Hwy in Easley, SC and find out what Cell Phone Daddy can do for you!
